General Policy

Due to the nature of digital in-game items, all sales are considered final once a skin, key, or item has been successfully delivered to your account or Steam Inventory. We generally do not offer refunds or returns after the item has been transferred.

Order Cancellation
Before Delivery

If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so before the item has been delivered. If your order is marked as “Processing,” please contact support@arcanaskins.com immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

After Delivery

After delivery, we do not accept cancellations, as digital items cannot be returned or deactivated once they have been transferred.

Refunds
When refunds are possible
  • We are unable to deliver the purchased item due to stock unavailability.
  • Your payment was processed in error (e.g., duplicate transaction).
  • The transaction was cancelled by Arkana Skins for technical or security reasons.
Refund process

To request a refund, contact our support team at support@arcanaskins.com within 3 days of purchase. Provide your Order ID and details of your request. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (timing may vary by bank or payment provider).

Partial Refunds

In rare cases, partial refunds may be granted at our discretion if only part of an order could not be completed.

Warranty Period

If you encounter an issue with your purchased item within the warranty period described in our Terms & Conditions, please reach out immediately. We may offer a replacement, fix, or partial refund where appropriate.

Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Arkana Skins to resolve the issue may result in permanent account suspension and loss of access to the platform. We are committed to helping you resolve any payment issues promptly.
